NOLTREX ™ is a new European quality viscoprosthesis that can significantly improve the life of patients with osteoarthritis. It allows correcting the viscosity of the synovial fluid, lost as a result of the disease, and thereby reducing the degeneration of the articular cartilage. The viscoprosthesis is relatively easy to use. But it should be noted that it has a fairly high density, and its injection under the supervision of a veterinarian is carried out within 15-20 seconds, which in some cases requires sedation of the patient. This viscoprosthesis can be periodically administered to dogs with chronic osteoarthritis (1-2 times every 6-12 months). With the help of NOLTREX™ the pain syndrome is relieved and the motor function of the joint is restored, which significantly improves the quality of life of patients. The use of NOLTREX™ is justified from an economic point of view against the background of expensive surgical intervention.
